Getting Started

I want to check out CrossFit Multiply!
*If you would like to see what CrossFit Multiply (CFM) is all about, we offer a free class on Saturday mornings at 9:00am.  

*You can also come by the gym during a regular class time, but please understand that the coach’s attention will be on his or her class. Once class is over, the coach will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

*Contact us at info@crossfitmultiply.com or text or call 801-330-7001.

*We will set up a consultation to discuss your goals and to fill out the necessary paperwork.  

*CrossFit Multiply will register you as an Athlete on the CrossFit Multiply website.  

*One registered on the website, you will receive an email from CFM with your User ID and Password.  You'll need to login and complete the Membership process by setting up your recurring membership payment through PayPal.  You won't be able to sign up for a class until payment is received.  Please contact us with any questions.

*Remember to peruse the CFM website.  There is a lot of good information that will be constantly updated.  And don't forget to   'Like' us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/CrossFitMultiply.   Updated information and photos will be posted there as well.

*The daily WOD (Workout of the Day) will be posted every evening on the CFM website and Facebook.

*Sign up for class via the CFM website using the Class Schedule link.

*Prior to joining our regular workouts (WODs) and to ensure you get the full benefit of CrossFit, you will need to complete our Foundations classes that will teach you:

the basics of CrossFit,
the nine primary movements of CrossFit (don't worry - some of these will take longer than the Foundations classes to master),
and include a short WOD (Workout Of the Day).
